Jeffrey D. Miller AIA

Principal

A founding Principal of ARCHIDEAS with over 30 years of professional experience Jeff is licensed to practice in 10 States.  As the primary contact between the client and the project team Jeff is adept at defining the scope of professional services, establishing the design direction and managing the implementation of project phases.

Whether it’s a high tech data facility or large assembly building, his work has included a broad range of building types and scales including highly technical projects for corporate and commercial clients.  Jeff received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame which included one year of study in Rome, Italy. Jeff still dreams of reliving his college memories soaking in the ancient history of Rome and it’s environs.

When he’s not shouting in frustration at a Notre Dame football game,  Jeff enjoys exploring the northern Illinois shore of Lake Michigan. Although he’s reticent to admit it he loves his Chihuahua, more than he ever thought he would. Jeff fits in a regular round of golf whenever possible and has another fulfilling full time job raising three wonderful children with his more interesting wife Karen.
