Located on the 24th floor with a panoramic view of the Chicago River, this space represented an incredible opportunity for XMS to accomplish their goal of an office environment that clearly reflects their culture and organizational values. Although the design solution provides traditional offices along the window line, the full glass fronts of these surrounding offices admits generous amounts of daylight while also conveying the overall transparency of the organization. With an intended loft-like openness, the central focus of this suite is the “Pub” which serves as a communal space that encourages the creativity and in-depth collaboration that are hallmarks of this trusted firm.
