A 50,000 SF OFFICE & MANUFACTURING BUILDING ON A 5.0 ACRE SITE
The new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility for this company needed to present a progressive corporate image to visiting national and international customers, while also functioning efficiently as a manufacturing operation. Located on a cul-de-sac site at the end of a straight road, the design highlight is a large graphic blue wall that presents the corporate image as a vista. The 10,000 SF two-story office is up-front, facing a landscaped water feature, while manufacturing is set deeper on the site, partially screened from view. Inside the plant, three overhead bridge cranes can move materials and equipment over nearly 100% of the manufacturing floor.
