A 5,500 SF, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE FOR A FAMILY OF FOUR
The home’s architectural style was created to blend in with the community of existing homes, but at the same time it carries touches of Arts and Crafts Style, Prairie Style, and hints of a Colorado mountain chalet. Due to the close proximity of a busy roadway, the house is set-up to turn its back on this road and address the village to the south instead. Inside, the home combines an informal/semi-formal floor plan with strong relationships to exterior spaces, and was developed as a series of independent rooms set apart from one another.
