A 165,000 SF MIXED-USE PROJECT, LOCATED ON A HIGHLY VISIBLE 0.85 ACRE SITE
This development competition design was prepared in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued on behalf of a respected medical group practice. Recognizing an opportunity to maximize the potential of an under-performing piece of real estate, our development team proposed combining the existing banking use with retail, structured parking for 154 cars, and two (2) floors of medical office space. Reflecting the contemporary atmosphere, the architectural design re-establishes the urban street wall, highlights the banking use via a glass curtain wall and small plaza at the prime corner, raises the upper floors on columns to maximize the visibility of the street level retail, and blends the appearance of the parking levels with the medical offices overhead to achieve a unified aesthetic that harmonizes with the vitality of this desirable location.
