A 119,000 SF OFFICE & MANUFACTURING BUILDING ON A 9.1 ACRE SITE
A new corporate headquarters with 65,000 SF of office and 54,000 SF of manufacturing for a 5th generation family corporation, this building was designed to dynamically express the company’s identity and take advantage of the striking water feature frontage on a cul-de-sac site. Constructed of precast load-bearing exterior walls with a steel superstructure, this design/build project features multiple points of entry and curved glass atrium wall. Centralized conference rooms, a training room, lunchroom, break area, and fitness room fulfill the needs of the executive, marking, general office, and manufacturing groups that work here.
