A MULTI-TENANT OFFICE BUILDING TOTALING 96,165 SF, LOCATED ON A 5.6 ACRE SITE
This new three-story, multi-tenant office building has an authoritative, professional appearance, and provides ample space and amenities for its variety of tenants. The articulated precast load-bearing exterior wall and precast superstructure make up the building framework, with select areas of the exterior wall stained a contrasting color for emphasis. An illuminated glass canopy offers a dramatic and welcoming gesture at the main entry of this design/build project.
