INTERIOR RENOVATION/RESTACK OF 172,000 SF HEADQUARTERS
Located on Wacker Drive along the Chicago River in a mid-century building, this renovation was focused on creating communal spaces that celebrate the dynamic and innovative nature of this once family owned business. Seeking to continually reinforce the core values and forward-thinking vision of this organization through the thoughtful integration of technology to encourage a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing, centralized “Hubs” on each floor were designed to promote impromptu meetings and reinvigorate collaboration at GGP. With a renovated café space along the river’s edge, the common areas within this building are as now as open and flowing as the creative exchange of ideas within this market leading real estate investment trust company.
