A NEW RETAIL CENTER ON A 24.8 ACRE SITE, DESIGNED TO CREATE A UNIFYING LINK BETWEEN ADJACENT MIXED-USES, DEVELOPED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A NEWLY CONSTRUCTED HIGHWAY INTERCHANGE
These new buildings provide a core of retail and restaurant services for the existing surrounding hotels and office buildings in this area. The layout and orientation reaches out to the community through pedestrian and vehicular access, enabling cross circulation to the site. The buildings are primarily for small retail, and are organized around a central, landscaped parking area. Face brick, fieldstone, and metal panels create the contemporary aesthetic of these buildings.
