COMMON AREA RENOVATION AND FIRST NEW SUITE

Element Critical acquired a legacy data center in the Chicagoland market looking to reposition the property. ARCHIDEAS provided architecture and interior design services for the first new 1MW suite as well as improvements to customer common areas including the main lobby, conference rooms, breakdown, customer touch-down space, and restrooms.
