A NEW 176,800 SF DATA CENTER TO EXPAND CHICAGO AREA CAMPUS
Digital Realty expanded their existing campus in Franklin Park, Illinois by demolishing an existing building and constructing the third data center on the property. The new 26MW two-story facility has more than 177,000 GSF providing over 97,000 SF of white space. The building provides up to 12,000 SF of tenant office space as well as common infrastructure and support spaces. Amenities include conference rooms and a break room. An exterior generator yard supports up to (13) 2500 KW generators and is securely enclosed with a perimeter precast concrete wall. The building achieved LEED Silver Certification.
