CSC – 350 E. Cermak

A 28,840 SF DATA CENTER BUILD-OUT

This 28,840 SF Tier III data center build-out was constructed in two phases inside Digital Realty Trust’s 350 E. Cermak building. The space includes 20,100 SF of raised floor with supporting electrical, UPS and battery rooms. A new steel platform was constructed on the roof of this landmarked building to accommodate four (4) 350 ton air-cooled chillers. Two (2) new 2250 KW generators were installed inside the building and a third 2250 KW self-contained generator was ground mounted on the north side of the building spanning over an existing duct bank.
