A 109,000 SF SENIOR ASSISTED AND INDEPENDENT LIVING FACILITY, BUILT ON A 2.7 ACRE SITE
This new four-story community for assisted and independent living includes a communal great room, lounge, dining room, and exercise space. Comprised of 117 units, ranging from studios to two bedrooms, the building is composed of load-bearing CMU exterior walls with an EIFS finish and a steel stud superstructure. ARCHIDEAS is the architect of record on this design/build project, working collaboratively with design architect DiMella Shaffer Associates, Inc. of Boston.
