A 73,500 SF TIER III, N+1 DATA CENTER, ON A 5.3 ACRE PARCEL IN AN ESTABLISHED BUSINESS PARK
This building was developed to create a more secure data environment for CNA in addition to supporting corporate real estate objectives requiring the redistribution of space assets. Space and infrastructure allowances were made for future equipment to address the inevitable growth and demand in a data center environment, and building services were provided for the uninterrupted, concurrent maintainability and protected operation of data equipment. The goal to use this center for daily business continuity, as well as mission critical situations requiring 24/7 activity, meant the design of this facility required close alignment with today’s corporate objectives while allowing for the flexible growth associated with evolving needs.
