This pair of single story, 28′ clear height, multi-tenant industrial buildings completed the development of this 20 acre site that also contains Design Ready Controls, a build-to-suit project designed by ARCHIDEAS as well. With frontage on a major roadway that connects the site to the adjacent highway interchange to the west and lengthy exposure along the intersecting street directly east, this parcel has amazing visibility. To capitalize on this opportunity, the insulated precast wall panels of these two buildings are arranged in a composition of modest steps and gentle overlaps to highlight the corner and center entrances. Set amongst folding wall planes that break-down and soften the scale of each building’s primary elevations via massing and color, these entries are articulated with recessed glass entrances, stainless steel accent panels and recessed lighting to further enhance these prominent features.
