A 105,200 SF MULTI-TENANT INDUSTRIAL BUILDING ON A 6.0 ACRE SITE
This new, one-story, multi-tenant industrial building was designed to coordinate with a future phase II building on an adjacent site to the rear. Constructed of precast load-bearing exterior walls and a steel superstructure, the building’s excellent street exposure makes this a high visibility project. The striking design is highlighted by a vertical feature wall and canopy at each office entry, while the balance of the building allows for the flexible division of tenant spaces.
