A 106,850 SF, THREE-STORY, MULTI-TENANT OFFICE BUILDING, LOCATED ON AN 8.2 ACRE SITE WITHIN THE BANNOCKBURN LAKE OFFICE PARK
A previous developer laid the building’s foundation before ARCHIDEAS took over the project, this dictating its basic form. In response to a changing marketplace, differentiating features were added to the new structure, such as a three-story atrium and distinctive entrance canopy. The resulting building consists of a long, low curtain wall made up primarily of reflective glass, highlighted by three horizontal bands of clear glazing within the curtain wall. All of this design/build project’s elements were chosen to create a unique feel for the office, nestled among a naturalized setting of forest preserve and ponds.
