Designed to house retail shops on the first floor with two and three-bedroom residences on the second and third, this mixed-use building sought to ensure the residential units faced the streets or an elevated and private interior courtyard. The building’s contemporary styling would have utilized a combination of stone, face brick, and wood siding, with each residential unit featuring an outdoor balcony or courtyard terrace.
