A 17,576 SF REMODELED OFFICE SPACE IN DOWNTOWN APPLETON.
AIA Corporation is a top-10 promotional products distributor community and includes over 80 employees.
They believe in fostering a community – among distributors, suppliers and AIA employees alike – that celebrates
an independent, entrepreneurial spirit while providing opportunities for collaboration and education.
ARCHIDEAS took on this move to a new building, which included taking over the entire 9th floor of a
prominent historical building in downtown Appleton, WI.
Team collaboration, an open floor plan concept, and natural daylight were key elements important to AIA
Corp. ARCHIDEAS took advantage the large square floor plate by positioning glass front private offices and
enclosed meeting spaces near the interior building core while placing the open work areas near the exterior
windows. Open collaboration areas, bright-colored phone rooms for a private conversation and a welcoming
Break Room rounded out the employee amenities.
