AN 11,600 SF, MIXED-USE BUILDING ON AN IN-TOWN SITE
This infill office and retail project, which is perhaps best known for the restaurant Vie on the ground floor, was strategically designed to accommodate a future second phase of development. Featuring a compact core along the expansion wall of the building, as well as separate entrances for the restaurant and office uses, the articulated brick and limestone facade of this structure took its cues from the surrounding context to achieve visual harmony and compatibility.
