Design Process
The ARCHIDEAS design process is user-centered and research-drive. By understanding people’s explicit, tacit and latent needs, we design spaces that help individuals and teams work more effectively.
Research: Grounded Ideas
We observe your employees for a few days in order to identify how work actually gets done. We use several proprietary tools to identify the hidden social and business networks that are responsible for innovation.
Patterns: Structured Ideas
We discover the driving forces behind what we observed and create an information structure that defines the relationship of our insights.
Solutions: Breakthrough Ideas
We develop a space that enhances the strategic goals of the organization. In addition, we can also integrate user-centered product solutions and digital tools to enhance knowledge management and facilitate employee interaction.
