A 25,200 SF LAW FIRM BUILDING ON A 5.9 ACRE SITE
This new two-story office building called for the entire second floor to be dedicated to a law firm, with the first floor as spec office space to accommodate future expansion. Masonry exterior walls and a steel superstructure comprise the building, created as a contemporary interpretation of Prairie Style architecture. The architectural design features provided by ARCHIDEAS included, among others, a vertical glass bay to articulate the bend in the building, and a rear facing main entry created in response to a front-of-building parking restriction that capitalizes on a striking water feature in the back yard.
