A 169,800 SF, MULTI-TENANT CLASS A OFFICE BUILDING, LOCATED ON AN 11.3 ACRE SITE ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE LINCOLNSHIRE CORPORATE CENTER
This new four-story office building was completed in the late Fall of 2009 and is LEED Gold Certified. Each 42,450 SF floor plate, with abundant natural day lighting and expansive outside views, has been designed to accommodate a variety of either multi-tenant or single-tenant arrangements. Capped by a distinctive cornice, the articulated architectural precast exterior wall frames broad expanses of tinted glass while expressing the rhythm of the steel superstructure. The two-story atrium lobby, resplendent with renewable materials and finishes, welcomes all who arrive at the main entry with a spatial experience that further communicates the qualities of this building. With a commanding presence along a regional thoroughfare, this office building symbolically announces the arrival of green building to Lincolnshire.
