AN EXISTING 911,000 SF, FOUR BUILDING COMPLEX ON A 34 ACRE SITE
GlenStar Properties LLC acquired this facility in 2013 and enlisted ARCHIDEAS to assist in the creation of new vision that would reposition this aging office development, originally completed in 1981. With a focus on the user experience, the design concepts under consideration explore the most cost effective way to refresh the building images, provide for a signature sense of arrival, add parking, and unite but distinguish each of these similar buildings from one another. Improvements include new main entrance drive & landscaping, prominent building entrance canopies, and covered parking structure. With a goal to create an office destination that will ultimately boost the occupancy rate within this complex, work is slated to begin in 2015.
