A 120,000 SF TECHNOLOGY OFFICE CENTER ON AN URBAN INFILL SITE
ARCHIDEAS developed workstation standards, selected all ancillary furniture, and provided a wide range of Interior Design services within this five story, LEED Platinum office building designed by SCB. As a leader in the gaming industry, this dynamic company looked for every opportunity during the design and construction of this building to develop interactive spaces that support their creative point of view and encourage a collaborative environment. This signature building, located along the Chicago River in the Avondale neighborhood, interconnects with the remaining existing structures on site to form a unique technology campus that’s focused on attracting and retaining exceptionally talented employees who have a desire to live and work in an urban setting.
