Built along the El tracks in the West Loop neighborhood, the CVS space utilizes the majority of the retail space on the ground level of an office tower. A growing office and residential market in the neighborhood has brought demand for services to meet the users’ needs. Due to the building’s footprint on the entire block, there are separate entrances on each hard corner for increased customer convenience and brand identity. The space’s open ceiling construction and linear pendant lighting compliments the building’s industrial chic aesthetic.
